Almost every day I logon to Eve, there is an update. Today I clicked on the patch notes link to find out what they updated, but there are no patch notes. CCP what gives?

I'm not sure if this is related, but I get a "black" screen every time I undock. The client window title then adds a "Not responding" text caption next to the toon name. This occurs on both my desktop PC and laptop PC running Windows 10.
